Problem - Service Provider Tenant Gap

Service providers and tenants in the UAE lack a unified platform to connect seamlessly for orders, payments, and feedback. This disconnect limits transparency and convenience in addressing tenant needs.

How do they usually clean their house?

What factors do they consider when choosing a cleaning service (e.g., cost, quality, availability)?

How do you usually pay for cleaning services, and is the process convenient for you?

How do they typically receive service requests (e.g., phone calls, online platforms, referrals)?

What does your daily workflow look like, from receiving an order to completing it?

Trust and Security Matter: Building trust is crucial, especially in sensitive industries like home services. Features like verified profiles, safety checks (e.g., Emirates ID), and transparent feedback mechanisms instill confidence in users.
